Hi Sherry, I'm sorry the lenses you ordered didn't fit your frames. I'm even more sorry to hear this is the first time we've heard from you about the problem. We have a team here that specialized in helping customers get the lenses they need. When customer have a problem with their orders, they are very good a figuring out what the issue is and resolving it. However, we do need to know there is a problem to help. It's just unfortunate when we find out with a 1 star review as that's very damaging to our family run business. I do hope you work with us so we can help you. I will have someone from our team reach out and help you figure out what has gone wrong. Normally they just need to validate what you frame is. Once that's done they can determine the best option. We guarantee fit. We don't punish customers if they ordered incorrectly and we use all data if to help improve our processes if something did go wrong on our side.
