Also, one of the lenses cracked when I tried to pop it in the frame. I've been popping plastic sunglasses lenses in and out for almost 25 years and that's never happened before. Sounds like it wasn't a pleasant experience.  First, I'm very sorry to hear about the credit card problems.  We do everything in our power to keep customer data secure.  We have a PCI compliant site, which is one of the highest security ratings you can achieve. This is validated with regular scans of our site looking for malware or breaches.   Additionally, we never store or have any clients credit card information. All that information is sent to PayPal for processing never kept.   I'm uncertain what happened but now that we know of your issue we will follow it up further with TrustedSite and Paypal.  As for the lens breaking I'm not certain what happened there and haven't seen any communication from you regarding the problem before this review.  Our lenses are made from from a very break proof and flexible material.  Breakage is not impossible but we've had packages run over by cars in the past and the lenses have survived.  Perhaps what happened was delamination?  Sometimes during installation if the polarization layer gets caught on the rim and the lens is forced in the polarization (which is basically a 2nd lens chemically and thematically fused to the base lens) can be pulled away.     Regardless, we do have a 6 month now question guarantee.  Additionally, if you reach out to our care team and perhaps explain ot them what happened they should be able to work out the best way to resolve the lens issue for you. If you could include a photo of the problems and one of the inside arms of the frame (since you ordered multiple lenses) that would help speed up the process.  Again, I'm very sorry about the problems you had with your order.  As a small business we do try our best to create a great way to keep your sunglasses longer.
