Some frames are harder than others to install lenses. We do try to rate their difficulty on every product page and also try to provide relevant video instructions. I would contact the customer care team on info@thesunglassfix.com.au. Tell us which lens you damaged on installation. More than happy to get you out another one or pair if required. I would imaging you got pretty good at installing them after the first set so the 2nd time should be fine. Your lenses were ordered just under 3 weeks ago so are due to arrive any day now. We checked with DHL and they did leave Australia on the 3rd of July which is a little slower than normal but that's as far as we can track them with the free service you selected. However, everything is well within normal delivery timeframes still so there is no reason to be concerned at this point. Our email just asked to validate your address details one more time but beyond that it's just a matter of giving DHL and Spain's postal system a bit longer to deliver the package. Again, we are sorry they took slightly longer than expected. We do our best to set expectations on our site, in our shipment notifications, and monitor shipments around the world and adjust it to real world expereiences the best we can. That said, with the long trip it makes, customs, DHL and domestic post all playing a part one team being overlaoded can cause some packages to take a bit longer than average.
