Unfortunately some countries appear to have been affected more adversely in regard to deliveries under COVID, of which South Africa seems to be one. That is not to say that the 3 month wait you have had is reasonable. All of our lenses are shipped internationally with DHL who pass them to the local carrier after clearing customs in the destination country. Your lenses were shipped within 24 hours of being ordered, on the 3rd of December. It has taken them an inordinate length of time to clear customs in SA, but they are now showing as being at the delivery office (as of 1st March). Please do let us know if you have not received them. Without this advice from you, we're not updated on whether an order has not been delivered; and naturally we want to act on any issue. please rest assured that we have a delivery guarantee and a 6 month no question warranty. If you don't get your lenses we will either reship them or refund you in full at your discretion. I'll have one of our care team reach back out to you to see if we can't resolve this for you.
