I can assure you that we are definitely not a scam. In fact we have a 6 month, no question money back warranty on all our products.  We make our own, high quality lenses and are not affiliated with Ray Ban or any other sunglass brand. We do try to explain this throughout our website, and we certainly don't mean to mislead in any way.  Our lenses don't (and can't) carry brand logos. No-one except a manufacturer licensed by the brand can legally make a lens with their  logo. This is where the fake market exists.  Many manufacturers don't provide replacement lenses and most aren't able to support older models. Where they are available, they tend to be very expensive. And that's not to mention the number of after market lenses with questionable origins and safety compliance standards. Fake lenses with little to no UV rating can cause irreparable damage.  We decided to engineer a lens that is literally as good as money can buy. And we chose to make them available at the most reasonable cost that we possibly could.  If for some reason your lenses aren't correct, we can fix that too. While incredibly rare for our lenses not to fit like a glove, it can happen for a number of reason. Most common is that you have the lenses for a slightly different version of the same model.  As with our 6 month warranty, we have a perfect fit guarantee. So, whether we send you new lenses or provide you with a full refund, you can be sure we can make this right.  It's a shame you chose to give us a 1-star review before allowing our customer care team the opportunity to get you the right lenses or refund you. And I hope you now realise that we are anything but a scam. We've got hundreds of thousands of very happy customer, and we'd like nothing more than for you to be one. The screwdriver does come with two hex heads. There's one that is in the front of the unit but if you remove that one there is another size hex driver right under it. One of the two should fit your hex heads on that model.  You have a few other options: 1) You could send the frames and lenses down and we'll do it for you and return them to you for free.   2) You can also return the lenses and the screw driver and we'll refund your order.  I'm hoping it was the case you didn't discover the 2nd hex head size and that will resolve it for you but I know that's unlikely.  Regardless, we are here to help and are more than happy to help you with either option. Just email us at info@thesunglassfix.com.au if you want to proceed with us installing the lenses for you or a refund and we'll provide detailed instructions.
