I would also suggest you don't order on Friday afternoon. We are a family run business and are not open on weekends. That order, that took place after we could have possible got it into express post on Friday went out Monday. I can see you ordered a 2nd time and that did take 8 days from order to delivery. Again, I'm sorry about that. I wish it could have been quicker but at times we do have machinery down, are very busy, or have staff out ill, or deliveries take a few more days than we expect. I know in most cases they will also reship another package but I can only conclude from the discussions you had with our team that was not an option and a refund was the best path forward to making you whole. I'm not sure why but the server constantly rejected our mails and the were resent about 10 times. I'm unsure if you ever got an invoice or shipping confirmation do to hotmail limitations. I also searched for any inbound messages from your email and found none. If you used a different email than the one you ordered with I apologize as I can't find it using your last name nor email.
