I will have our care team reach and work out what was missing so they can get you up and running as soon as possible. I did notice that you have rimless sunglasses. Please do note that the screws we provide are generic optical screws and don't usually work as a good solution to replace the many variations of screws used to mount lenses. Those are usually one off's created for each model and we always recommend users just remove them and re-use them. However, if yours are lost please work with our care team. We do try to keep customers updated on the site about potential delays from covid and other known international events that can affect shipment times. One big factor we can see is the fact the entire EU is trying to collect VAT on every inbound shipment no matter what the value is. This change is causing all sorts of customs and mail delays across the region as they try to figure out how to collect their import taxes. If you look at your tracking you will see your package actually arrived in country 6 days after your order was placed. It was the Netherlands custom department that held it for two weeks. Without that delay it would have been delivered in a week. Please do let us know about the reviews. We purposely try to only use Trust Pilot for reviews although Google still at times solicits random feedback as well. Trust Pilot is an external company that prides itself on taking away control of reviews completely from businesses so they are 100% honest and accurate. I'm sorry if they sent out too many reminders. I will look into that and see if it's something we can control. Last thing we want to do is annoy customers. However, reviews are absolutely critical for small businesses around the world. They help us improve our services and also really help other potential customers gain an understanding of what to expect. Of course, they can be brutally honest and harmful as well. As for receiving the request for a review months after your purchase: That's my fault. I felt it was very important that our customers had time to use our product before leaving a review. I see no point in leaving a review just after receiving your package and barely getting it open. I feel strongly that teh most useful reviews come from customers that have used the product for a period of time. I can completely understand your disappointment; they should fit just like the pair that came when you bought the sunglasses. Our lenses aren't glazed and have micron thin films and coatings, so the only way the lenses wouldn't fit is if we have somehow cut the lenses too small; or there is a chance that your frames may have stretched very slightly over time. Either way it's our job to resolve this for you, which we'll definitely do our best to. Chances are we can make a pair of slightly larger lenses, or it could have been that the lens cutting machine has dropped slightly out of calibration. I'll have our care team reach out to you to fix things. They'll need a couple of photos to confirm your model and see the lenses on a ruler. That way our technicians can hopefully identify the problem and create a solution. Alternatively, if we can't work it out, you can send in your sunglasses and we'll measure them and cut a pair of custom lenses.
