We make over 400,000 replacement lenses. We use our own lenses like any optometrist would. We strive to make high quality lenses so people have an option to repair their sunglasses rather than buying a new pair. We state on almost every page how our sevice works and that they are not original OEM manufacture lenses and will not have logos. They are our own lenses. You can certainly return the lenses for a full refund. We have a no question 6 month return policy for situations exactly like this. There are many reasons lenses do not fit. With over 400,000 lenses on offer we do our best to help ensure customers order correctly and our production machines are calibrated to within .05mm. Regardless, being a relatively new concept, we still find customers struggle either with installation, ordering incorrectly, or yes at times a mistake on our part. At times the lenses can be a better fit than the originals. Additionally, with 400,000 models on our site many times people order the wrong model or size lenses for their frames. Many manufacturers make several sized in the same models. While we try to warn people of this on our website, we are not always aware of new size variations that came out and may not carry them. Seeing you ordered Oakley Crosshairs leads me to believe you may have one of the other variations than you ordered or are having installation issues. Oakley did make 6 Variations of the Crosshairs over the years. Regardless, we do guarantee fit and work with customers to resolve problems. There are many reasons orders can not be delivered. Incorrect or incomplete addresses, customs returning packages, and just poor mail service all can result in a package being lost or in your case returned to sender. We do guarantee delivery. I can see our team reached out to you when the package was returned to use as non deliverable. They offerred to confirm your address and reship or refund and did refund you in full. I can see some of the blame being held against our company. We do try to use very dependable global mail carriers such as DHL and SEKO. However, we do have to count on them doing their job. I do feel the review on our small family run business is a bit harsh. We did our best to validate your address, made, packaged, and shipped them using a reliable carrier. They failed and I feel your review would be much better suited to DHL especially when we took full responsiblity for the problem and refunded you in full or offerred to incur the cost of reshipping to you again.
