Eventually the frames cracked. We do try to provide detailed installation instructions and I know some frames can be harder than others. However, breakage is extremely rare when the right model and size is ordered for the right frame. That said, we do offer a refund on return for the lenses. Additionally we do have a frame buy back policy. If you sent the lenes and frames back we will provide 50 USD on top of the refund to help you find an alternative solution. Again, I'm very sorry about your frames breaking. Our goal is to help people keep them longer not to have the break so it's very sad for me to hear. I do feel it's not fair to state you shouldn't trust our company when we fully refunded you due to your shipment being delayed with all the havoc taking place around the world with the Pandemic. We did exactly what we said we'd do. The day after the order was placed we custom made your lenses, packed them, and shipped them using DHL global mail. You elected the free shipping option which only provides proof that DHL received it and sent it out of Australia. Unfortunately it's not tracked further. We responded to your inquiry about not receiving the package and shortly after fully refunded your purchase per your request. We also offered to reship it to you but you wanted the refund instead. I feel what we did was very honest. We took responsibility that DHL or USPS failed to delivery your package and wore the brunt of it. I know you didn't get your order but you got your money back and we certainly would have reshipped for you with tracking this time if you requested that. Anyhow, I'm sorry about the mail loss. I know it was a special occasion and I really wish we could have helped make it work for you. However, we tried our best in these trying times. Our family run business is also getting harmed by the pandemic, government shutdowns and many other things that remain out of our control. However, we keep doing everything in our power to keep moving forward even if it means we are having to refund and take massive losses on all the lost and heavily delayed freight around the world. Please try to understand that we are trying our best. However, reviews like this really impact us and I the fact we refunded your order when it was lost or delayed in the mail speaks highly of trust. I can see we replied to you on June 3rd asking for a little bit of information so we could help you resolve the problem but didn't get a response. We measure every single fit issue to resolution here. Most of the time it's a simple ordering mistake where someone orders the wrong model or size. Our machines also can have slight problems. It's usually very rare or on very complex lenses However, after researching the lenses you ordered I would state they are simple to produce and shouldn't have had a machine issue so it's probably model or size issue. Regardless of issue we do need you to respond to our email so we can help. If you prefer to just leave a bad review and not sort this out that's your right. However, we work out solutions for customers all the time. Please do get back to our care team's email requesting you to send through the model information on your sunglasses or photos of the frame and inside arms if that information has worn off. It may be a very quick solution of just exchanging for the lenses you require to resolve this problem. Additionally, we do offer you to send in the frame if you can't identify your model or size and we'll custom make you a pair and return them to you for free. Anyhow, I'm sorry they didnt' fit but I think you would have found we would have worked out a solution for you if you would have responded to our inquiry.
