The surge in cases is affecting staffing levels at both airlines and local postal operations, which is causing delays to transit times, in particular for Europe shipments. Australia Deliveries: Priority Post and Express Post Services has been reintroduced. However, with Omicron and Postal Volumes are record levels Australia Post is are still warning delays can occur. All our free shipping packages are sent with Priority post while express post can be purchased. Express Post does have tracking and should be delivered in 1-2 days in most major cities on the East Coast but we have seen 5 days or more to other states and regional areas.
International shipments (outside Australia): DHL has informed us they can not ship to countries below:

Australian customers can expect their lenses in 2-5 business days on the east coast. Rural Areas and Western Australia should receive them in 1-2 weeks.
Express Post should arrive in 2-3 days and has tracking. We are not in an express post overnight area. Regardless, Express Post still arrives fast and is a good service for Regional areas and Western Australia customers that need lenses quickly.
We use DHL global for almost all our international shipments. DHL provides estimates on their website for specific countries. These estimates only explain how long it takes on average for your goods to be delivered.
We have recently converted all our international shipping to DHL. Please don't expect a yellow van to pull up to your house. They basically take all packages directly to your countries postal systems for normal domestic delivery. What DHL has proven is that they are faster, more reliable, and have allowed us to offer tracking and some faster services around the world for a very reasonable cost. Our website checkout process will show you if any of these upgraded services are available and their cost. We have heavily subsidised their cost as we find these services are usually more reliable and faster for our customers.
