Our lenses have a lifetime guarantee against breakage.* Additionally, if you do not feel our lenses perform better than your originals we will gladly refund your money within 6 months of your purchase. In both situations your lenses must be returned along with your purchase receipt to The Sunglass Fix. Please contact us below and include your order number and return reason and we will be more than happy to help you.

Returns and exchanges at The Sunglass Fix

Our main goal is to get all customers into a great set of new lenses. We have a few general guidelines to help us resolve mistakes made by ourselves and our customers.

The Sunglass Fix's Mistake: We will either reship you the correct lenses or custom cut and install new lenses for you free of charge. We will do everything possible to get your sunglass up and running like new.
Customer Makes a Mistake: There are two options to resolve the problem
- Return for Refund or Exchange - Contact us below for specific instructions. A $10.00 restocking fee may apply.
- Custom Cut and Install - The Sunglass Fix will perform a custom cut and free installation if possible. Regular shipping charges and a $10.00 restocking fee may apply.

** The Sunglass Fix guarantee does not cover sunglass frames. Lifetime breakage guarantee is only applicable to lenses that are not clip in or drilled-rimless models. Terms and conditions of guarantee can change at any time.
